Join Rock Recovery starting Tuesday, July 12th for a four-week workshop on living free from struggles with food and body image!
Whether it is compulsive exercise or eating, focusing on your waistline or how much you can bench press, how we view ourselves can become an obsession. Your life, your relationships and your social calendar don’t have to revolve around food.
Experience what living free looks like with Rock Recovery. Each week of this workshop will include teaching (rooted in evidence-based mental health practices and Scripture), group discussion to connect with others, and prayer. This group is open to all genders.
Weekly discussion topics:
July 12th: Free from stigma (Mythbusting around food/image)
July 19th: Free from shame (What does God say about my struggle?)
July 26th: Learning to live free (Practical interventions and support)
August 2nd: Stories of freedom (Testimonials)
If you’re ready to experience a life that is no longer defined by your relationship with food or your body, then register today. The cost is $75 for this four-week workshop. Sliding scale pricing is available, just ask!
