Community Events, Workshops, & Trainings

Nearly 30 million Americans will suffer from an eating disorder at some point in their lifetime. Yet, less than 20%, only 1 in 10, will receive the treatment they desperately need due to lack of affordability, accessibility, and stigma.

Through our community education and empowerment events, we work to change these statistics so that ALL people can access life-changing care, and experience full and lasting health.

Our community empowerment events are designed to help people develop a deeper understanding of mental health concerns, eating disorders, and current health movements, such as Health At Every Size (HAES) and intuitive eating. Check out our workshops, trainings, and events below.
