Lasting Freedom: Holiday Recovery Course

Approach the holidays with tools to build healthy relationships and experience freedom from disordered eating and body image issues!

The holidays can be a challenging time for those who struggle with eating issues. We know that proper planning, tools, support and accountability make all of the difference in moving from surviving to thriving during the holidays.
