Embracing Your Body: Body Positivity Workshop

Learn to break free from the pressures of diet culture and heal your relationship with food!

Start the New Year dedicated to fostering a positive body image and self-acceptance! Rock Recovery’s Clinical Director, Stephanie Auriemma, MS, LMFT, is hosting this empowering program that will focus on the positive mental health effects of a healthy self-image, diving into diet culture and its impact on our society, the role body image plays in mental health, and tips for building a healthy self-image. Additionally, participants will learn strategies for navigating comments about their bodies from co-workers and fellow students.

Pre-registration for this program is required. D.C. Bar membership is not required to attend. Non-members will need to create a profile to register.

This virtual program will be hosted on the Zoom platform. You will receive access information from D.C. Bar Communities staff the afternoon prior to the program. The Zoom access information should not be shared with others, as registration is required.
