Join Rock Recovery and Brau Runners on Sunday, July 21st for a 5k around the brau neighborhood and ending at DC Brau for a drink!

This run will raise critical funds for Rock's life-saving eating disorder treatment services and support resources and brings community awareness to disordered eating.

Following the run, stick around for a post-run drink at DC Brau in DC and learn about the important work that Rock is doing in the community.

All fitness levels are welcome to enjoy this run! Proceeds will go to help the incredible individuals Rock serves through its unique eating disorder treatment programs, which provide life-saving, affordable, holistic care to those who struggle with eating disorders, exercise and body image issues.
