Barriers to entry into the field and to receiving care
Unique challenges faced by BIPoC individuals in the field
Advice for those looking to begin a career in mental health
Panelists include Rock Recovery's Resident in Counseling Natasia “Tasi” James, Rock Recovery volunteer Kelsey Lloyd, Director of Therapy at Equip Reggie Ash, LPCCS, and ANAD Board Member Dr. Tiffany Rush-Wilson. The discussion will be moderated by ANAD Volunteer and Equip Peer Mentor Makailah Dowell.
