Caring for the Caregiver: Supporting A Loved One With an Eating Disorder

Caring for a loved one with an eating disorder can feel incredibly overwhelming. There are so many levels to navigating treatment and the internet can feel like a black hole when it comes to finding support.

Eating Recovery Center (ERC) and Rock Recovery are teaming up this Eating Disorders Awareness Week to bring together a panel of specialists to answer your treatment questions. We want to ease your fears about the treatment process and help you prioritize caring for you and your loved one during this process.

Topics covered will include:

  • Why is my loved one struggling?: Where does the eating disorder come from?

  • What are the treatment options?: Understanding levels of care

  • Who is the treatment team?: Building our support in recovery

  • How do I care for myself?: Supporting your loved one by caring for you

This event is free for all attendees. You will receive a Zoom link upon registration (don't forget to submit your questions when you register).

Have additional questions about the event? Email Kristyn Soto at kristyn@rockrecoveryed.org.

**Disclaimer: By registering for this event you are consenting to receive future communications (education, support and event updates) from ERC and Rock Recovery.
