Rock Recovery helps people heal from a lifetime of disordered eating, body dissatisfaction, weight stigma, food fears, emotion dysregulation, and more. Weight loss does not help people heal from these issues. The problem isn't, and never has been, your weight or your body. We are committed to walking alongside you as you navigate any changes your body experiences throughout recovery. To learn more about how we can support you, schedule a free consultation with our clinical team here.

  • We’re so glad you are taking the courageous step to get help.

You can get connected to care in three easy steps:

    1. Schedule a free consultation. In this 20-minute consultation, our trained counselors will help you determine if Rock Recovery’s therapy services are the best fit for your needs (or refer you to another provider who is*). You can join our nationwide support groups at any time – no interest call necessary.

    2. Complete an intake appointment. Once you’ve completed a program interest call, the next step to get connected to a group will be to schedule an intake session with the program therapist. Our team will help you schedule a 45-minute intake appointment to learn more about your treatment goals. Please see below for more information on the intake appointment.

    3. Get the care you need. Join our groups and find out how freedom is possible.

*If our programs are not a good fit for you, we will refer you to another provider so that you can get the care that you need. If you wish to receive resources in addition to the referrals we provide, you can schedule a 45-minute referral session with a member of the clinical team. Cost for the referral session is $75.

After your initial consultation with our team, clients who are interested in sliding scale rates for our therapy programs and CareFirst will fill out an application with information about their income, household size, current debt (medical, student loans, etc), and expected monthly expenses (rent/mortgage, insurance, etc.). From there, a member of the therapy team will review the information and work with the client to come up with an appropriate sliding scale rate.
