Mental health and spiritual health go hand-in-hand. We believe in equipping churches and other faith communities with the tools they need to support those in their congregation who struggle with disordered eating. Click here to see all of our upcoming faith-based support groups!

Eating Disorder Workshops and Support Groups

Rock Recovery currently offers the following services to its faith community partners:

  • New ID (Nationwide Recovery Series) is a six-week Christian course that offers hope and healing to adolescents and adults who struggle with disordered eating, food and body image. Learn more about how you can bring this recovery course to your faith community here.

  • Workshops and educational seminars for clergy and lay leaders on eating disorder signs and symptoms and how to support those who struggle

  • Small group curriculum and support group tools for churches

  • Speakers for women’s retreats and church-wide events/retreats

Additionally, Rock Recovery is financially supported by a number of local congregations and is seeking new partnerships to better serve communities nationwide.
