Hi, I’m Victoria! I am a Resident in Counseling in Virginia. If struggle with food or you’re feeling disconnected from your body, I’m here to help. I would love to meet with you virtually or in-person at our offices in Arlington, VA.

As a counselor, I know my clients often feel stuck — longing for recovery but uncertain of where to start. I offer a space for individuals to explore both their relationship with food and their deeper emotional experiences, without judgment, in order to experience true healing.

I have experience working with eating disorders in both residential and outpatient settings, and I love providing psychoeducation and support to communities that is aimed towards the prevention of eating disorders and combating the stigma surrounding food and body image. My work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, providing concrete tools to help clients navigate emotions, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build a life aligned with their values. Furthermore, all of our treatment at Rock Recovery is inclusive and trauma-informed.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered to build a life that is no longer dictated by fear or self-doubt. Change takes time, but you don’t have to do it perfectly—you just have to begin.

  • I work with a variety of clients, all ranging in age from 12+. I offer both individual therapy and work with Rock Recovery’s groups, including our teen group. I am licensed as a Resident in Virginia, and I work with clients virtually and in-person in Arlington, VA.

  • I specialize in working with a variety of eating disorders as well as body image issues. I also work with co-occurring mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, peer relationships, life transitions, and women’s issues.

  • My full rate is $160/session with sliding scale and insurance options available. I am in-network with Carefirst BCBS and Optum/UHC. For out-of-network clients, all of our services at Rock Recovery are offered on a generous sliding scale. As a nonprofit, our goal is to make sure that finances are never a barrier to care for our clients. Learn more about fees and insurance here.

  • I received my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University in 2023. My VA pre-license number is 0704016251. I am supervised by Rock Recovery Clinical Director Stephanie Auriemma, an LMFT with more than 10 years of eating disorder experience (License: 0717001856).
