Hi, I’m Adrian! I am an LGPC. If you feel stuck in the cycle of disordered eating, I’d love to help you break away from rigid patterns and experience freedom. I can meet with you virtually if you are a resident of Maryland or Washington, DC.
As a therapist, I I hope to support you in building skills in self-advocacy, increasing self-efficacy, and navigating human suffering.
I utilize a strengths-based approach to advocate for your body, values, and identity-alignment. I have personal and professional experience navigating life in transition, and I have experience working with individuals and groups in eating disorder recovery, clients impacted by anxiety and depression, struggles with control, and those working on acceptance, grief, and developing a new self-narrative. Furthermore, all of our treatment at Rock Recovery is inclusive and trauma-informed.
You can make room for your values, grow distress tolerance, and develop hope and the skills to create change. You can unhook from rigid patterns, and learn more sustainable ways to accept and cope with challenges. Let’s work together to get you the support you need!
