Virtual Workshop: Creating Healthy Habits in the Chaos of Busy

Join Rock Recovery and the Rosslyn BID for an engaging lunchtime workshop and learn how to create habits that allow you to thrive at work and home!

On Thursday, May 26th at 12:00 pm join us for a virtual lunch conversation about taking care of the body you have today through a more expansive understanding of health and wellness.

Rock Recovery Clinical Director Heather Clark and Director of Community Partnerships Kristyn Soto will help us grow in appreciation for our bodies and minds, build more robust self-care, gain actionable tips and strategies we can experiment with in our day-to-day lives. We'll chat about self-care practices to promote health in the midst of a busy work life, backed by current research.

During this discussion, you'll also learn about Rock Recovery’s therapy and support groups that bridge gaps in resources for those who struggle with eating disorders and body image. Click below to join us for this free virtual workshop!.
