Virtual Faith-based Support Groups

We believe that complete freedom from eating disorders is possible and that, for many, faith is the foundation for freedom. We offer nationwide, virtual faith-based support groups for deep healing and restoration because we know that mental health and spiritual health can go hand-in-hand. All of our faith-based support groups are offered virtually regardless of where you live to individuals 14+.

Our support groups are led from a Christian perspective and welcome people from all spiritual backgrounds and beliefs to join us in these groups.

Our current faith recovery support groups include:

Our faith recovery services exist to bring people from darkness into light, from depression to joy, from anxiety to peace, from hopelessness to hope, from confusion to clarity, from isolation to community, from misinformed to educated, from being overwhelmed to being equipped, and from the lies of captivity into the truth of lasting freedom.

We believe that complete freedom from disordered eating is possible, and our doors are open to all (without regard to religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, or any other factor) who wish to partake on their journey to freedom with us.
