Change lives this Eating Disorders Awareness Week!
Recovery does not happen alone.
Over 28 million Americans will suffer from an eating disorder at some point in their lifetime. Despite this alarming number, only 1 in 10 people will receive the treatment they desperately need to due to lack of affordability, accessibility and stigma. Together, we can change this!
Our mission at Rock Recovery is to make life-saving eating disorder treatment and support accessible for all. Each year, we celebrate National Eating Disorders Awareness Week to raise awareness about this important mental health issue, and to honor the millions of people whose lives are touched by disordered eating. Our goal: To promote awareness, dismantle stigma, and spread the message that true and lasting freedom from an eating disorder is possible!

All week long, we will be sharing articles, resources and inspiring stories of healing to help those who struggle find the support they need to overcome their battle with an eating disorder. Throughout the week, we invite you to join us for a week of fun, virtual community events to raise awareness around mental health and eating disorders and spread the message that recovery is possible! Follow us on social media to keep up with the campaign.
