Programs for Communities
We believe that freedom from disordered eating becomes possible when communities are empowered to help those suffering. Rock Recovery’s community programs empower individuals to reach out and support those they know or suspect are struggling with disordered eating. Our programs help break the silence. They teach participants how to go from watching wordlessly and feeling hopeless to learning creative and effective ways to engage in frank, honest, and often life-changing conversations on the sensitive topic of eating disorders. Rock Recovery engages in a wide range of community empowerment activities.
Hungry for What?
Rock Recovery provides engaging and experienced speakers to present “Hungry for What?”, a presentation to raise awareness, dispel myths, highlight truths, and break stereotypes.
